I don't think the problem is with the RF module like Wade suggests. From what I can tell it's either a short in one of the USB drives, or the power brick is fried. You can find tutorials on how to fix a USB drive short on YouTube. Before buying a new power brick, I recommend plugging it into different outlets or borrowing one from a friend to test it out.
