scott, the first thing I suggest for you to do , is to double check your work. Make sure everything is properly connected, check the connectors for any bend or broken pins. If all of that is fine, I would return the assembly and replace it once more. It is possible that you have a faulty one. Worst case scenario are logic board issues with the touchscreen IC.
