Jesse, you will have to disassemble your Zune. Use [guide|1245|this guide] to remove teh logic board. Clean all the parts with 90+% isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. You can submerge the board in the alcohol and do not forget to clean all connectors as well. Once you have properly cleaned it, check for any missing or burned looking components, then '''replace the battery''' and reassembly your Zune to re-evaluate.
