the best thing i can suggest is, for the vibrate, replace the full flex and try it then, or try the board in a new and all original iphone 5s housing and for the proximity sensor, i would try a different flex or try covering the actual sensor on the flex with a piece of something like tape to make it completly black out then see what happens
