The freezer method did allow my iphons's wifi to turn on because before my phone's wifi bar was greyed out. However, after I was finally able to turn my wifi on, no networks would show. I tried the suggestion from above about resetting the network and trying the freezer again (having faith since my first problem with wifi was fixed by the freezer method.) I was glad for about 5 minutes when the network came up, but the symbol at the top with the wifi bars quickly changed back to 3G. I was hoping that since it worked for about 5 minutes maybe if I repeat it will fix the problem completely. Unfortunately this was not the case. If anyone please has the answer to this it would be greatly appreciated. I am desperate to fix this and will try anything.
