This happened to me as well after replacing the display assembly on an iPhone 5S. Phone would start with the standard Apple logo and then screen would go blue and then reboot repeatedly. Would not stop nor would iTune recognize the phone. What it turned out to be was the home button cable was not seated correctly. Reseated the connection and it worked perfectly. Good luck
