i have experienced a similar problem with my Marantz MR250L amp/receiver - it appears to be caused by the rotating volume control - slight pressure in a vertical and/or horizontal direction to the spindle is a temporary remedy, but I would love a permanent fix for this old beauty….

i have experienced a similar problem on the RH channel of my Marantz MR250L amp/receiver - it appears to be caused by the rotating volume control - slight pressure in a vertical and/or horizontal direction to the spindle is a temporary remedy, but I would love a permanent fix for this old beauty… Does anyone know if this could be cured by air blowing (if caused by dust inside the control?) or if spare parts are still available anywhere?
