Hi there there is company's out there that do a glass only repair on the s3 and will be cheaper than a full lcd replacement.. The charging issue is either a faulty charge lead or the USB charger is broken on the phone its self.

this repair requires a solder repair and for the back glass on the camera it's just a new back plate that you need..
