Unable to power up after replacing Airport Card

Hi,

I followed the iFixit guide to replace the [http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Repair/MacBook-Core-Duo-Airport-Card/287/1|Airport card] but after I replaced the top part (keyboard) I am unable to power up my computer. When I press the power up button nothing happens. Its the same scenario on battery and on power supply

Rather desperate now, any advise would be appreciated
