Apple doesn't label any components on the board, and the trace is mostly buried in the internal layers of the PCB. It is not possible to figure out how it works without the complete schematics. I only have ipad 3 schematics so I doubt ipad 4 ones are not yet available.

If you are still interested, Ifixit and chipworks have taken very high detailed pictures.
