Am ina, connect an external monitor to your computer. Should those lines '''not''' show, then you have trouble with either your LVDS cable, your wiring or with the LCD itself. If the lines do show on an external monitor, then you are having GPU problems. That would require some logic board repair. In your case, from the two pictures, it does look like a TAB error, which would require a new LCD since it is difficult to fix for a DIY'er. Again, make sure that you properly troubleshoot first.
