What operating system do you have on the g60 ??
the cd drive is a virtual cd drive and the 3connect software would be mounted to that virtual drive.
does the reboot message come all the timee?
since i didn't find any 100% solution for this i try to explain what i would try in that case.
i would uninstall the 3connect software and try to install it with a compatibility option (i use 7 - so some setup programs are §$%§)
if that wont work, i would try to find a different software for it - most of the dongles are from huawai - so i would start digging there for a driver
