The iPhone 5 has clips in the top that need to be clipped in before "pushing" the frame back into the bezel. If the glass is moving away it may well need the optical clear adhesive replacing. This will require heating the phone to separate the adhesive and apply the adhesive. You will need to be wary of air bubbles and it's recommended to cure under a UV light.
