I have the older fat PS3. My PS3 will start up and play discs, I can also sign in to PSN and use the web browser. But if I try to run any online apps including the store it goes to a black loading screen and never loads. I have to then hold down the power button to turn it off. I have tried every option in the safe mode menu to no avail.
