How to Determine Which Digitizer/Screen or Touch Panel?

When replacing the digitizer/screen in the ASUS Transformer Infinity TF700T, I noticed there are three options available: 5184 version, v 0.2, and v 0.1 (http://www.parts4repair.com/asus-transformer-pad-infinity-tf700t/). My table has touch panel version ELAN-3024-7053. How do I find out which replacement is the correct one?
I actually only need to replace the touch panel but haven't found just that part anywhere. Anybody know of a place to order it?
