mine is doing the same exact stuff try pressing the upper volume button a lot and then the will be a mail box then a warning sign keep waiting then use the volume buttons for up and dowm and the power button as in ok go down to reset you will have to re add contacts and apps ur music and pictures will til be up there please try it . it worked for me
