I cannot get my Kindle Fire to boot. When it is powered on, the screen says Kindle Fire and that is it. I noticed someone else had the same question but the only answers were for a hard reset. I have tried that numerous times as well as charging it fully and letting it discharge completely and recharging again, all with the same result. I called Amazon and they said sorry, out of warranty, we can give you a discount on a new one. Is this fixable?
