I have the same problem with the EMC 2105. How do you know if its the GPU or the memory chips?  If you reflow the chips how long will it last? I know someone with the machines to remove the chips and resolder them but they want $200 and he says it may not last more that 3 months. Does anyone know more about this? Thanks
