How do I fix my xoom after dropping it?

Dropped my Xoom (with 4G upgrade) and now when I try to power it up, I can see some dim light behind the screen but am getting no display of anything, the screen is essentially black.

Tried soft and hard reset and recharge.

If I take it apart, what shoud I look for?
