Hi britt, thanks for your question! The HTC Surround uses an internal MicroSD card. While it wasn't designed to be user-accessible, it does seem to be replaceable. We don't have repair guides for this phone, but you should be able to follow the first nine steps in our [guide|4469|Teardown] to get to the MicroSD card, and try replacing it with a new card.
