hi,

i have found the solution to this problem.. i had 3 iphones 4 n 4s to repair today.. after replacing lcd and changing battery.. all of them had searching bar only.. n couldnt make phone calls.. i changed and made modifications on the board but nuthin helped.. turns out that all we need to do is a CLEAN RESTORE THROUGH ITUNES..
