-I had a Pismo conk out on me after having been in storage for a while. In the end, I opened up the machine and replaced the battery on the logic board and it started back up again. But there are folks online who are saying that you might not even have to replace that battery -- just remove it, restart the computer, then plug the battery back in to recharge it. Not sure if this is your problem, since it sounds like your machine hasn't been in storage. But it might be worth a try!
