Replacing the screen on te second ipod 4th gen I got the white screen... Got the first advice...connecting to iTunes. Windows 7 installed the drivers, like it was a new device and the iTunes asked to restore from backup. I did, the white screen dissapeared and got the apple. Cool, thanks guys!!!! Not I'll try for the 3rd one (got 3 kids). If anything happens I'll update....
