+Here are some troubleshooting tricks to try:
-Call the phone
+1.)Call the phone
-Call out from the phone
+2.) Make an outgoing call from the phone
-set date/time
+3.) Set date/time
-take your sim card out put someone eleses in it then put your one back in
+4.) Remove your sim card and try using the phone with a different sim card.
-reset phone
+5.) Put your sim card in someone else's phone.
-leave the phone alone for 10min dont touch it
+6.) Reset the phone, letting it "reboot" for 10 minutes.
