iPhone 6s Plus: iPhone won't charge and keeps restarting, it won't even die.

I'm completely stumped by this.

Last night, I dropped my phone (protected by a case) but my charger broke. I have a spare one that I decided to use but I woke up this morning and it was at the same percentage, 6%. Now it's completely stuck at 2%. The phone keeps restarting every few minutes, if it goes to 1% it'll jump back to 2 after it restarts. It seems I can't let it die at this point which is weird.

I had the battery replaced a couple of weeks ago, so it's brand new. Could it be the charger? But if so, why is it keep restarting?

Many thanks to anyone who can help or give some insight.

iPhone 6S Plus: Touch ID Not Working After Screen Replacement

I recently changed the screen + digitizer on my 6S Plus, and transferred the home button over for touch ID, but it's not working, aside from the normal home button. TouchID isn't activating, and it doesn't look like it's from a bad cable. No cracks, no tears, nothing. I read the connector is made for the specific logic board, but that doesn't look like a cable that can be transferred. Any help here? I know it's been asked a few times before but I haven't found an answer yet. Thanks in advance!

iPhone 6s Plus: Battery punctured while removing (small flames) Still need to remove

Hi everyone,

The adhesive tabs on my battery broke during removal of the battery, using a hair dryer I heated up the phone to assist with prying the battery off the device.

While attempting to remove the battery of my iPhone 6s Plus, I puunctured the battery with the plastic spudger. There was a small hiss and pop and a small flame.

The battery is still very much attached to the metal rear chassis of the phone but I dare not continue to try and pry the battery off.

How can I remove this battery from the phone for replacement? (the battery was not connected to the main board when the battery was punctured)

I am very much scared of this phone right now that it is going to go up in flames and if I continue to pry the battery it is not going to end well as I reckon there is still a lot of energy in the battery..

iPhone 6s Plus: Phone suddenly turned off and died.

Was browsing Youtube. The phone suddenly went black or dark blue. I managed to turn the phone off using only by pressing Power Button and Home button simultaneously. After that, the phone resisted to turn back on, but after some rigorous tries, it showed some life signs (1. An apple logo on a white screen appeared, but nothing after that happened. It was just stuck in that position. 2.The apple logo appeared and then the same black (dark blue) screen that was in the beginning.

After that no matter how I tried I was unsuccessful at repeating and forcing the phone to display the apple logo.

Phone nonresponsive , doesn't vibrate, doesn't display any sound.

Tried charging it. Tried connecting it to the computer (doesn't even recognize that I connected it).

Everything was normal and nothing unusual was happening before this event.

Could you please guide me towards what could be wrong? I have a spare battery that I'm willing to try changing, but if it's the logic board, I think I'll just give it to a specialist.

iPhone 6s Plus: Why does my glass screen protector keep cracking?

I don’t drop my phone and anytime I have dropped it the screen protector remained unchanged. I’ll put it in my pocket and take it out and there will be a new crack even though there was nothing other than headphones in my pocket. This started happening recently and it’s the winter in New York right now. Perhaps it is the temperature change but I was just using my phone and a little piece of glass came off. I’ve had this for about a year now should I get a new screen protector?

iPhone 6s Plus: Phone will not go to LTE and is stuck in 3G

My wife and daughter took their iPhone 6S Plus over to Japan for vacation and purchased a Japanese SIM card. When they returned home, their phones were stuck in 3G. I have done a complete factory reset 3 times as per the Verizon rep which did not make a difference. Apple was brought into the trouble shooting and was on a 3 way call with Verizon. Apple ran several tests which proved the phone to be working and that it was a carrier issue. Verizon has passed me along to all their tier support levels and I am not waiting for an Engineer to call me and work this out. I have been waiting nearly 5 days. Has anyone ever experienced this? I have located several things on the web but it's all the things I have already tried and nothing works. Verizon even sent me 2 new SIM cards to try and that did not work either.

iPhone 6s Plus: How to transfer contacts from windows phone to iPhone 6S Plus

iPhone 6s Plus: Phone went through washing machine, dried, new battery, what's next?

My sleep deprived wife (we just had our third child) accidentally put her IPhone 6s Plus in the washing machine along with the kids laundry. It went though a complete cycle. It was in a dustproof Supcase (link: http://a.co/1rtocyr) case that covered 99% of the phone although the charging port was left about 45 degrees open.

It was suprisingly dry when we removed it from the case. I made sure not to power on or charge it, and opened it up and gave it a thorough inspection. I found very little moisture inside and zero signs of oxidation. I took out the old battery and placed the opened phone in a sealed ziplock bag along with 2 Re-usable Silica Gel Dry packs and as much rice as I could find. We left it sealed in that bag, in a warm closet for 7 days.

Today I installed the new battery, replaced the waterproofing gasket and sealed everything back up. I plugged it in to charge and can feel the phone getting warm which seems to indicate the charging circuitry may be okay, but couldn't get it to power on. I did try rocking the mute switch to see if the haptic vibration might indicate it was on but the screen not functioning, but no - nothing.

So is there anything else I can try - or is this a hopeless cause. Everything looks very good inside, and I could find no signs of damage, but I have to imagine 30 minutes spinning around with my kids underwear and a hole bunch of cold water and detergent is not going to do a phone much good - case or not!

Many thanks for any help you can offer. My wife was devastated. It was the day before her birthday, and the day after her birthday she got Strep. It's been quite the week for her. Would really love to get it working again for her and really appreciate any help.

Kind Regards,

iPhone 6s Plus: Dark shadow top right corner of screen?

Hi all,

My iPhone 6S + 128gb has developed this fault since replacing the screen and home button.

I took it back to my local repair shop who did the screen replacement and they fixed it so off I go all happy and then I see screen flicker when pressing the top enter of the screen. After a few flickers the dark area returns.

I go back to the store, he fixes it again only for it to return a few hours later to a lesser extent than before.

Due to the fact that it can be free of the dark area at times I don't suspect the cathode anode or diodes
