I have a zune HD i had it for a while and one day it did not turn on i thought it was because it was not charged but when i go to charge it nothing happens can any one help? And can any one tell me how to do the three buttpn rest? Please? And thank you.

It will work for 2 minutes while on charger but if I move it, it will shut down. Battery says dead or low, if unplugged doesn't work at all. Is there anyway to fix this?

I have a zune hd that took a hit in a skateboarding accident. The device is fine except for the ribbon cable that connects the audio output jack. Where can I find a new jack / ribbon? (4 solder points and I'm good to go! If I could only find the part.)

I think I can make it work with small gauge wire... but I'd rather have the actual part. Any advice?

I have plugged my charger in upside down into my zune and the charger came out fine but now it won't charge what so ever and I was wondering g if there was a place for me to take it in and get that fix it if there is a do it yourself way to fix it.

I had charged my Zune on my flat screen tv and didnt eject it before unplugging. Now it wont connect to my computer there fore unable to charge. Also, it wont sync any music and it is unable to connect to the internet. how can this be fixed?

My zune shows the connect zune to pc screen and upon connecting it my computer recognizes it and it pops up on the zune software stating "You must update your device before you can use it." When I click install to update the device, appears: "The device has not been updated. Summary of error: The device was not updated. Error Code: C00D1249. I rebooted it and did the whole restart process to the point where it cleared the contents and was followed by "Connect Zune to your computer but then when I did this the same thing happened over again.

What can I do to fix it I have tried to restart the zune and reboot it and nothing has worked so far. I was wondering if it could be one of the components that is defective such as the harddrive or the logic board or maybe one of the cables?

zune shut off on its own while playing. now won't turn back on, even after multiple attempts to charge, hook up to laptop, and hold down all buttons for several seconds.

Microsoft Zune says contact support. I charged it up but it does not do anything. Right now on the screen it says contact support then they have the number five on it. Also a picture with an x on it. What can I do to get it to play music, games and other things that it used to do? Does it need to be updated? I had it for quite a while. A guy went to put music on it for me which I already had music and he was going to put more music on it. However when I went to play his music that he put on it. It just stopped working altogether. Can you help me. I know that is out of date but I like to still listen to the music that I have on it.
