  • 1.2 GB used by apps
  • 168 MB used by photos
  • 71.6 KB used by audio files
  • 359 MB used by videos
  • 124 KB used by Excel documents

However, my phone still indicates that 62.3 GB out of 64 GB is already used.

What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?
