PC Desktop: Monitor no signal after start up

Hello.

So just today, I have this problem where my monitors does not display anything after start up. I would turn on the CPU and everything runs fine (fans, power supply, etc) but my monitors stay undetected as if my computer was never turned on.

I did some research and, so far, I've tried:

-removing all or some of my RAM and switching them through diferrent slots.

-removing and reinserting my PCI and my graphics card

-resetting CMOS through the jumper switch and battery

-unplugging everything from the Power Supply and replugging.

-pressing the CPU on/off button for an extended amount of time.

So far nothing has worked and I'm completely stumped. Everything was working fine until my computer randomly crashed darker today and then froze in start up to now not displaying anything. Any help would be highly appreciated and thanks beforehand.

My specs are-

-8 GB ddr2 ram

-quad core Intel

-nvidia gt640

-corsair tx650 power supply

I have a Dell OptiPlex 3020 with motherboard 0WMJ54. After replacing the power supply, my 3.5 mm microphone started producing a constant buzzing/humming noise.

Here is what I've tested:

The issue occurs in both Windows 10 and Linux Mint Cinnamon.
I tried two different 3.5 mm microphones, and both have the same problem.
The front and rear microphone jacks both produce the same buzzing.
I reseated the front panel HD Audio connector on the motherboard.
The motherboard uses a Realtek ALC3220 audio codec.
The microphone buzz is present in all recording applications.

What could have failed on the motherboard that would cause this? Could the PSU replacement have damaged the onboard audio circuit, or is there another likely cause? Are there any tests I can perform with a multimeter to determine whether the problem is the motherboard, front panel audio board, grounding, or something else?

Any troubleshooting suggestions would be appreciated.

Need help with a PC no-display issue! My PC suddenly hard-froze with an audio buzzing sound earlier. Now, it turns on and fans spin, but there's no video output (monitor stays in power-saving mode).

I've already tried resetting CMOS, reseating the RAM, cleaning/reseating my GT 1030 GPU, and testing the built-in motherboard port, but nothing works. CPU cooler is tightly installed and thermal paste is fresh.

PC Desktop: URGENT: PC keeps randomly restarting — At Wits End

I’m seriously stuck with this and need help diagnosing it.

My PC started randomly restarting about 3 days before the SSD/RAM replacement. It would suddenly lose power and reboot during normal use.

The technician told me the old HDD was failing and that the motherboard needed servicing. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced the motherboard, and reapplied thermal paste to both the CPU and the smaller motherboard heatsink.

I then replaced the HDD with a new 256GB SATA SSD, replaced the RAM, and installed a completely fresh Windows 10.

The exact same problem is still happening.

I also tried:

SSD + HDD connected
Only SSD connected
Only HDD connected

The problem persists in every configuration.

Windows boots normally, I log in, and after a short while the PC suddenly loses power, the LEDs go off, and it restarts.

At this point I’m honestly completely helpless and desperate. This PC is extremely important to me, and I’ve already spent money replacing parts and servicing the motherboard, yet I still don’t know what is actually failing.

The problem started before the SSD/RAM replacement and survived:

Motherboard servicing
New SSD
New RAM
Fresh Windows installation
Different HDD/SSD configurations

256GB SATA SSD
1TB HDD
8GB DDR3 RAM
Gigabyte H61M-S1 Rev. 2.0 motherboard
No dedicated GPU
Intex 450 Techno PSU

Please help me figure this out. I genuinely don’t know what else I can do at this point.
