How can I hard reset the device?

I am able to reach fastboot mode with a Volume Down + Power button hold when device is off. However, that only has 'Start', 'Restart Bootloader', and 'Off' as options.

When I try to reach recovery mode by Volume Up + Power button like other HMD devices it just keeps booting or rebooting depending on if I let up or not after the HMD logo shows.

How do I factory reset?

I tried asking HMD Chat Support for a firmware to flash in fastboot but they will not give a stock image.

Nokia G22: Weak WiFi Signal on Nokia G22

The WiFi signal on the Nokia G22 is very weak compared to other devices using the same hotspot. Have tested multiple WiFi networks and devices with the same result.

WiFi analyser app shows the Nokia with -65dBm signal, while a Motorola shows -54dBm.

Nokia support are useless and just keep telling me to reset and clear caches (done multiple times). Seems it is a design fault. Next step is sent it back for repair as they won't refund.

Any one else has this issue?

My Nokia 8 Sirocco's gorilla glass broke in the upper left corner and I want to change it. Is it possible to change just the glass? Will the touchscreen function still work?

I tried calling service centers but all only offer the full display+glass change, which is almost the price of the phone, so I'm not going for that option.

Hello, I need some advice about a repair that I will try to make shortly.

In substance, I need to replace my Nokia 7 Plus USB port because the original one broke, and charging the phone is becoming a nightmare.

It's the first time that I attempt this kind of repair, so I’d like to ask a question.

In particular, what type of adhesive or glue I can use to put the screen in place after the port replacement.

This phone is and will be my daily driver, so I want to use a glue that is strong and safe rather than a cheap one.

Obviously, if someone has done this kind of repairs before and wants to share some tips, it’s more than welcome.

Has anyone had any joy in getting a replacement battery for their Skyline phone? If so, when did you get the battery? Where did you get it? Ifixit don't have any, don't have any on order and say themselves the wait will be unreasonable. Gsmnet don't have any and even a trawl of random sites on the internet isn't bringing any up.

Can't believe I bought a self repairable phone from a manufacturer who doesn't supply spares to the public or their repair partners. I would never touch a Nokia/ HMD again!

The HMD fusion TA-1658 replacement screen is out of stock on this website. I am trying to find a reliable replacement elsewhere but not having much luck. Received a kit from Amazon only to find out it didn't include the T3 Torx screwdriver required to remove the screws on the back even though the posting stated it was a kit for a TA-1658. Hi, I bought just a display, not a diplay unit. I dismantled the Nokia G22 without problems untill I reached the display unit. Now my question, is it possible to remove the display from the display unit without destroying it. Best regards!
