Logitech POP Mouse: Logitech Pop Mouse Battery Drain

The average battery life specified for the Logitech POP Mouse is 24 months.

https://www.logitech.com/en-in/products/...

It uses one AA battery.

During the past month, I have had to change 3-4 AA batteries as s result of battery drain. This is simply awful and unacceptable. I am using Duracell batteries.

I have connected the mouse via bluetooth to a Macbook Pro.

What’s going wrong here?

Thanks in advance.

Logitech PEBBLE i345: Scroll Wheel no longer responding

Good Morning,

I have a pebble mouse which I have had for the past 6 years. it has done me well, and I would like to repair it before replacing it.

The mouse was dropped and afterwards the scroll wheel on the mouse no longer reponds meaning I have to manually scroll the windows of whatever software that I am on. everything else works fine on it. I was wondering if there are any steps that I can take to attempt the repair.

For some reason, the white LED is turned on (constant), but the mouse won't charge. I think there is a hardware problem with the pad, I'm not sure what the cause is thats not allowing my mouse to charge. I wonder if its the wire connection connection going to the coil that may have messed up. I've had this for over 2 years now, and it stopped charging all of a sudden.

Logitech MX Air: How to open Logitech MX Air mouse to replace battery

I have a Logitech MX Air mouse. It still works perfectly but the rechargeable battery has pretty much worn out and is not holding a charge. I purchased a new battery for it, but can’t figure out how to open the mouse to replace the battery. There are two screws underneath the mouse, near the top, but removing them didn’t seem to do anything and I don’t want to force it and end up breaking the mouse. Can anyone offer a little advice on how to open the mouse? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
