Magic Bullet NutriBullet: The top base gear is sticking to its base and cease to rotate.

When plugged in the nutribullet does not rotate. I opened it fully thinking the motor winding would have burnt but to my surprise the Base Gear is sticking to its base cup. I tried to remove it but it is so firm it is not coming out. Tried bit of heating the whole thing but it does not. Any clue

Magic Bullet NutriBullet: Where can I find the clear plastic base gear attached inside?

Just recently the clear plastic circle that screws on the nut has broken. When i ordered a new base gear plastic circle it came with a golden screw in the middle. It does not fit! Please can you tell me where i can buy these replacements from? I can't seem to find them anywhere

Update (05/20/2017)

It's the plastic ring that doesn't fit on the screw inside the blender

When it broke it made a loud snapping noise, I switched it off, lifted the container and the plastic ring was snapped in half.

I am now wondering if something is still attached to the screw that came out of the plastic ring because my new plastic ring does not fit and all the plastic rings on line to buy have a gold coloured screw in the middle.

Magic Bullet NutriBullet: NutriBullet turns for only a few minutes

My nutribullet only stays on for a few seconds when I attach the cup to the base. It suddenly stopped turning on the other day and now it does not stay on even when pressing the cup into the base. I noticed some small metal balls came out of the base and the motor had a slight burning smell as though it was overheating. There is also a crack in the plastic part of the base that attaches to the blade on the cup base. I am wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or if anyone believes that replacing the cracked piece will fix it or if I should just buy a new one. Thanks!

Magic Bullet NutriBullet: My Nutribullet is not working in a unique way...

My nutribullet stopped working in the weirdest way possible. I have searched the internet everywhere to see if anyone has the same problem as me, but I can't find anything.

The cup can push into the bullet fine, it'll start and "blend" fine. But the lid... The part with the blender blades, it doesn't push down. It looks as if the lid is too big for the device. I don't understand it; I even bought a new lid and it still will not go down. I can't push it in all the way and blend it because I can't even move the lid down to start it. But like I said, without the lid, and the cup, it starts perfectly fine.

I'm guessing it has to do with the base of the bullet. it doesn't look crooked but something must have happened for it to be like this. Do you have and idea as to what?

I have only had my Nutribullet for 9 months. This happened a week ago.
