Logitech G27: How can I fix calibration problem?

Using the G27 Wheel on PS3 the wheel used to turn all the way left and right to calibrate when you plugged in. For a while it started to lose calibration while playing a game and now the wheel won't operate on a game at all. When the wheel goes to calibrate now it only goes part way. Manually I can turn the wheel all the way left and right. Logitech are not interested as the wheel is two years old.

Logitech G27: My racing pedals are not functioning properly.

My g27 pedals are not working properly. I discovered that it was a loose or broken wire connection, outside the pedals main platform. I cut the wire and rejoined them, but I am still having connection problems, which shows up on my race games. Possibly loose or broken wire inside the actual device. I am not confident to take this apart without knowing what I am doing. Please advise me if you can. Thanks MR. C. M. Davenport

Logitech G27: Repaired optical encoder wheel but now wont calibrate

My wheel had a split encoder wheel causing the wheel to go out of alignment, so i went inside and fixed using the washer method. Once reassembled and powered on and connected, the wheel starts its calibration for a split second then stops, tries again a moment later and stops.

I'm at a loss as to what it could be, I've made sure that the wheel is free turning and aligned the wheel gear and sliding track to dead centre. I've checked that all the spokes of the encoder wheel are clean and unobstructed, and individually checked the wires on the cable that connects the optical sensor to the main board.

Any other ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Logitech G27: My shifter easily slides off of my desk?

My shifter easily slides off of my desk when shifting gears, especially on 2, 4 and 6. I just bought it used and it only has 2 short clamps at the bottom, but I've seen images of a 3rd thing that you can tighten, almost looks like a screw but it doesn't go in the desk. As of now I placed Velcro with adhesive backing into the small clamp things and the other side of my desk. It holds the shifter but the shifter tilts like crazy and doesn't feel good at all, I feel that the 3rd clamp will help.

Hi, how's it going? I need help. I used my Logitech G27 on my PlayStation 3, and out of nowhere, from one day to the next, the steering wheel, pedals, and everything else stopped working. The only thing that doesn't work is the steering wheel itself. It doesn't turn when I turn it. I don't know what it could be. I'd like to fix this so I can use it on my PC today.
Logitech G27: Stuck on the left when calibrating

Hello to all

I am an electronics repairman.

I have a number of Logitech G27 motherboards that all have trouble calibrating.

The problem is that when calibrating the steering wheel goes all the way to the right and then to the left, but does not return to the center and gets stuck on the left.

There are no signs of burns or physical damage on the motherboard.

I put a healthy Motherboard in this device and the problem was solved.

The encoder is healthy, the motors are healthy (about 30 ohms), the adapter is healthy and has 23.5 volts output.

I have several motherboards that have this problem. Do you have a solution to this problem to fix Motherbaords?

Thanks
