Amazon Fire 5th Generation: Screen is white after digitizer replacement

I replaced digitizer on this device. The screen is completely white, but if I tilt the device I can see a picture. The touch function works. Is there something that I'm missing with this repair? I double-checked all connections. The problem seems to be that there is too much backlight. Thanks for your time.

Amazon Fire 5th Generation: Where do I get a new battery?

I have a Kindle Fire 7 (SV98LN) fifth generation, opened it up and found that it has a battery with model MC-308594. I'm having the issue where it shuts off when between 74% and 94% of power. I want to get a replacement but only found two on EBay, and none on Amazon. I can find batteries for almost any other device. So where do I get a replacement battery? Or is it that Amazon would rather I just buy a new Kindle?

Amazon Fire 7th Generation: Tablet charges but shuts off after being unplugged?

I got this tablet a while ago, set it up, and used it for about a week. Then shut it off and never used it for a few years tbh. Its in perfect condition, so I connected it to a charger and let it charge. Immediately after unplugging it, the screen went black and wouldn't come on. I plugged it in, and it eventually came back on with 0% battery. I've used the tablet less than an hour total, and it's been stored in good conditions without moisture, excessive temps, etc. Why would it do this?

Amazon Fire 5th Generation: Amazon logo bootloop. (Possibly because of corrupt recovery?)

I’ve had this tablet for about 4 years now. I bricked it about 3 years ago but I don’t remember what bricked it. I tried to fix it several times but I never had success. I don’t have a lot of experience with android devices (I’m an Apple guy). My guess is that I was installing a custom recovery but it was for the wrong model. When I tried to boot it up for the first time in about a year there was nothing on the display. I reconnected the display cable and it showed the battery charging symbol when I plugged it in. Then it started to bootloop on the silver amazon logo (not the fire logo) as I remembered. It refuses to enter recovery which leads me to believe that I’m correct about the recovery being corrupt. As far as I know there is no other way to connect it to a computer. Apple devices have DFU mode which can always be entered even if there is no NAND flash chip at all. Is there any DFU equivalent for this device so I can try to flash the stock recovery? Its not a big deal, I bought this tablet for $50 4 years ago and its only worth about $25 now. It just annoys me that it’s been bricked for 3 years. Thanks!
