Switch on Developer options. Select USB Debugging (toggle USB Debugging) Make sure USB is in file transfer mode. Notification doesn't show up so cannot select file transfer. Tablet doesn't show in Windows (though same brand phone shows on the same lead. Drivers updated on Win 11 and working for phone.

Manufacturer (ulefone) trying to help but translation a problem.

They provided a firmware update with complicated instructions but basically it runs on the pC to flash the firmware on the tablet ... via USB.... Erm... just one tiny problem there.. But I don't seem to be able to make them understand. Just keep being told to follow the instructions. Which as the tablet won't transfer files via USB of course I can't!!
